Recently New Years Day Bowl games were all about the SEC kickin the crap out of Big 10 teams. Today it seems the Big 10 has finally shown up

Of all the bowl I've caught i've only seen two that were worth it.
What I can't get is the crowds being so small <50%m, some <25%. It's sad. Even todays Outback Bowl Michegan and SCarolina, which was a greeat game btw, wasn't close to sold out.
In short, too many bowl games.

I think there were over 40 bowl games, meaning as long as you're in the top 100 teams you make it to a bowl game. Not a very exclusive club. Not a very high caliber of competition in most cases.

Northern Illinois deserves as much of a shot as a 5 loss Wisconsin going to the Rose Bowl and can the NCAA please ban Big East football? An awful Louisville team against Florida?
