To answer the fuzzy question is a bit easy. Why is it that NASA can record the shuttle but every other persons attempt at recording UFO's is fuzzy? Quality of camera. The cameras that consumers have available to purchase cannot see that far away. They can be zoomed, digitally but the pixelation of such images causes fuzzy visual. In order for a camera to clearly capture a pic of an object so far away, you would need some kick ass high powered lenses which come at a super hefty cost.
Even with that explanation, I still question the validity or authenticity of such footage.
I've never seen one so until I do I remain skeptical.

If you listen to the testimony from airforce colonels and majors you have to pause and wonder what their motive would be for going public.
