Probably the fact that two thirds of us Durham guys think that the girls should charge $50 less per hour. If you thought that you could average $50 more per client wouldn't you be willing to drive to Toronto. And if you were in Toronto would you want to drive to Durham for less money? Oh hang on, us Durham guys are so much cleaner and nicer, we are worth driving to for less money. Don't take this personally, I'm generalizing.
Sure go to Toronto and the sp's have higher overhead and more competition. Bypass to Brampton or Mississauga and the prices come back down. It's all supply and demand. The guys in Durham will pay extra for quality but also appreciate a fair price. Lets not confuse the customers with the greedy pimps who are pricing themselves out of the market. Things are just leveling out right now.
As long as there is enough guys that are willing to pay the price the ladies are charging, then there is no reason for the local prices to drop.
If all of the guys decided to vote with their wallet and not the little head, then that would cause a drop in business and thus be a catalyst to drop prices to stimulate the market so to speak.

Can we really complain about the talent here in Durham? We have women like Melanie, Vanessa, Amy and Michelle, who are all very talented at what they do. I've yet to have the pleasure of Heidi or Heather but from all of the reviews on these two fine women they certainly seem to be of undisputable talent. Throw in the all new Nikki Benz who has had fantastic reviews already. What's the real problem here? Schedules? Yep. Cash flow? Yep. Talent? Don't think so. The price of this talent? At $200/hr thats honestly fair. Sure we can get FS from some women every now and then for half that amount but can we really complain about the talent here? Personally I'd like to do them all.
i dont see an abundance of talent in durham at all. melanie was great 3 years ago but she is definatly not the same person or experience she used to be. vanessa? hmm i think we all know who that is despite the fact she nows claims to be "puerto rican". amy sounds great but her lack of decent pics and info make it difficult to tell. michelle? only good for closing your eyes and fantasizing about someone else. no thanks i like to enjoy the experience. from what i can see the only current talent could possibly be sierra from bp but intil someone toftts her i will wait and see...

I think I'm worth double what I get paid and that's based on the revenue my work generates. Solid numbers. I can make a case for it. The problem is. There's another person who can do that work as well. Until I become so special that what I have to offer is not replaceable i can't charge more. The easier you can be replaced the less you're worth. it's that simple.

Heidi is right, the girls leave for the bigger money in the city. If you figure it out the prices here are fair. Some girls just shouldn't be charging what they do, as they are not worth it. The half hour rate it ridiculausly high. That said, heidi is worth every penny. I go to the city to see who I want, but it takes on average an hour for travel to the downtown core. Parking is 20 bucks and you have to find it. For an hour session it ends up costing me $250+$20+$30=$300, not to mention the travel time and the problem slow ups for accidents, DVP is always slow and the walk to most of these ICs from where you park. I prefer north of the city ICs or some have uptown locations; faster to get to, no parking fees, ie; a quicker turn around time.lol nope! That would just make all the girls who stick it out in Durham, despite being worth even more than $200/ hour to leave town and go to a city where clients are more than willing to pay the rates without bitching

Hey... we all hobby for different reasons, but at the end of the day when you look at the range of $150 - $250 per hour, it's all about what you like. I tend to think $200 - $220 is the sweet spot. But, I also think that if you are a regular, then pay to play without regard for the money, just enjoy it. Nonetheless, at the same time, clock watching shouldn't be an issue and if it is a quiet day for the SP, what harm would an extra 15 - 20 mins be to either just fool around, massage or simply extend the pleasure. Kind of a frequent flyer bonus.

I'd happily pay an $60 - $80 door fee for an hour to get a great massage and tip accordingly for a great hand release - gentle and pleasing.
