Perhaps so, however, do you believe that if a TERBite was in the room with an SP and she started crying and told of being trafficked and said TERBite had a phone they wouldn't call the police and put this woman on the 'phone, rather just go ahead with the session?
They'd complain in a thread that she didn't provide true GFE and demand a refund or a freebee. Honestly, that's what I think they'd do.

Makes me cringe to think there are men (who are also fathers, sons, husbands, brothers) like that out there...but you are most likely correct.

There are men who do force women to work in the sex trade, let alone just use their services. Many times they are called pimps.

Not all pimps force their ladies in to working thou.

Your ultimate MILF GFE!
Too bad there isn't someway of making it illegal to be with a SP who speaks out and says she is being forced by some man to be here and see any guy who comes in the room and gives her money.

You know so the police could do sting bust to any guys who still go ahead and hand the cash over to her.
I think it is, no? Since HE is walking in, don't the bawdy house laws apply (here in Canada anyway)? Also, don't most of these pricks who force women into prostitution have many working in one location? THAT would DEFINITELY be covered under the "bawdy house" law here.

I'm talking about arresting the guys dating-fucking-these gals being forced to work as SP's. Not the pimps forcing them but the clients still willing paying them to put out.

Same with underage escorts.

Have an undercover cop say she is just 17 or some guy is making her do this and if the customer does not leave but hands the cash over bust their ass.

I hear ya. I think in those cases the "john" could be charged too. Am I wrong? Someone please correct me if I am.
If she is underage he will certainly be charged with "having sex with a minor" (in Canada), not sure about a "john" being charged if she is being "forced" to work.

If she is being forced to work then she could not possibly consent to sex. When he's brought up on sexual assault charges what's his defense going to be? "Her pimp told me she consented", that is going to elicit a rather large laugh from the judge--who seriously believes anything a pimp says??!

If there's an easier charge to go after, like a bawdy house charge, the prosecution will likely take that instead just to get a quicker/cheaper conviction, but really, fucking someone you should have known did not really consent to sex is some serious hot water.

Ditto, but I really have to hope that R.P. is not correct.
