Would pay $10 bucks for a jar of dirt? Apparently people visiting the Corvette museum in Kentucky purchased about 2400 jars of dirt last month. This dirt is some very special dirt that was recovered from the sink hole that consumed 8 classic corvettes back in 2013.

I'll admit I would like to visit the Corvette Museum to take a gander at the classic cars that were destroyed in the sinkhole.

With the Canadian dollar lost in a sinkhole of it's own making, who knows, $10 for a jar of dirt might be bargin if you have some gardening to do.

Would you drop $10 bucks US ($13.09 Canadian) for a jar of hisortic sink hole dirt from the Corvette Musuem?

I'd rather spend $10 each for Dirt and a Jar of Flies.

These folks in the south are strange at times for sure. I guess they're storing their sinkhole dirt right next to their petrified Elivs pork chops on the mantel piece.

I'd pay $10 for a jar of dirt from Chernobyl or Fukushima Daiichi and store it under the mother-in-law's bed.

I'd rethink that idea. A little dose of radiation turn a little mild lizard into Godzilla .... imagine the effect if instead of a small lizard, it mutated your mother in law.

Dude, you're stuck in 50's sci-fi hell.
Besides, she's already mutated into a monster, I want to turn her back.

Ummm, how can a sink hole have any dirt in it when it all disappeared when it sank?

I was going to ask that question too but I believe it's dirt and clay far down from where the corvettes landed. Some jars contain some small fragments of magic classic corvette dust.

It would harlious gag to go home to your wife and say, "Honey you know that Corvette you always dreamed about owning. We'll we still can't afford to buy one but here's a jar full of classic corvette dust. You're one step closer to the dream honey. We can always grab another jar if you want to brag to neighbors about owning two Vettes."
