Howard blasts another HR as MLB All-Stars rout Japan

To review...the Baseball World Championships were essentially a single gake elimination tourney at the end...and in baseball, by the very nature of the game, any (good) team can beat any other team on any given day. Baseball in many ways is very much a game of chance.
However, over the course of a series (several games)...the randomness evens out. And I reiterate...no way could a Japanese All Star team beat a comparable U.S. MLB team...or (as it turns out) a MLB All Star team.
Still, I will again say I was impressed by your knowledge of the game...
