If you have ever been to Italy, the locals know there are some places for the tourist where they would never eat. The food is terrible and sometimes made in unsanitary conditions. There have been incidents in Florence where the tourist restaurants were buying mussels that were taken from the canals. ( which doubles as their sewers. McDonald's is an international restaurant chain with standards of quality and cleanliness. It may not be the best food, but their reputation is on the line and they will not take chances.
I never said that, I know where to eat when in Rome. You can eat with the tourist and take your chances that you are eating mussels from the sewer.

I'd have an ocean front mansion with a huge private beach, 3 - 4 gorgeous women naked women around me at all times - feeding me, getting me off, massaging me. I'd travel to various countries and stay several months in each. I'd go to the Czech Republic and star in porn movies with my favorite pornstars. I'd attend all the great sporting events and the Olympics with some of the best seats in the house. The finest hotels, the finest foods, the best clubs and entertainment. The clothes, the cars. I might even learn to fly planes. That would be my entire life as a billionaire.
