WinXP Pro and Locking Out?

Is it possible to setup WinXP Pro so that hitting control-alt-delete will "lock" the computer, IF you're NOT on a network?

I know I can do it at work, but that's on a network. I can't seem to figure out how to do it on my home PC.

Log Off <username> in the Start menu will do it.

Thanks. That works but it closes all running programs - which I want to keep running while I'm logged out (i.e. I want to be able to fileshare while keeping my computer locked when I'm not home).

Why not just "switch user"? If your user account is pass-worded, no one else can open your account. Meanwhile, all programs keep running.
