No, I prefer 7 on 5 skaters whenever the refs feel like it.
To me it was like an All-Star NHL game except by nationalities instead of divisions.
No shame in an overtime loss. If it had been 5 -2 or something like that I would have felt bad, but a decision by an overtime goal after 3 periods of fairly pure hockey was well-played by both teams in my books...

Norway, with a population of 5.65M, wins 41 medals tops at the Olympics. Canada wins most of its medals in freestyle skiing and speed skating, and 2 medals in hockey and 2 medals in curling, as expected Canada was to bring home 20 medals.

Canada was undeniably the better team. But as we know, the better team does not always win. Such is the nature of sport.

The OT strategy was bad. McDavid tried to force a 1 on 3. Makar tried to force a turnover. Don't know what Mackinnon was trying to do there. Both were going for the puck but Werenski bounced him off then had plenty of time to make a play. But that's the nature of 3 on 3 overtime. Each team takes their shot until one goes in. Canada chose to take the low percentage route leaving US with the grade A.
The U.S. also won an overtime game against Sweden so that's what it takes.

Partially true, her big nose helps with oxygen processing. With that schnoz she can take in bigger gulps of air which makes her faster than the rest. If she had a girly nose, she'd be nowhere near the podium.

I would take the classy route and take the L...hard fought and came up short...that's what hockey is...seize every opportunity...which by the way we had and didn't capitalized on...
