how about make a normal windows for computers and leave the apps to the phone and tablets. i never use the app screen, i click the desktop icon and never go back. stupid fuck of an app screen. waste of memory.
weird that the same android fans get pleasure out of microsoft's negative pressers as they do when apple farts. an inferior product is an inferior product no matter what the name is on the label. I tried them all and right now BB, ios and android all excel in their own ways.

so because i don't like apple and think people that do are mindless drones and that win8 is a sub par product i am a negative person ? i think win7 is great and winXP is probably the greatest pc operating system of all time.

Not sure about a Google operating system but I'm using Linux more and more.I wish Google would just make a damn PC operating system and be done with it.
Yeah... I think the information gathering and advertising is already gone to far with google and facebook. right now, my pc is ad free because I don't use any google or facebook products. a google operating system would prevent me from doing that. But, on the other hand, it would probably be light, fast and you can trust that they will make sure something works before they release it.

Better off getting a used PC running XP or Vista for that, it will be cheaper.For my next desktop i thinking about getting the computer store to install Windows XP or Vista; can't play some of the older PC games with Windows 7.
Any new PC you get should go with whatever OS is currently in use.
Ubuntu and Mint ROCKS!!!From looking at Youtube videos of Linux OS Ubuntu looks good though.
Everything is FREE and more secure than M$.
Been using Linux for several years now, all self taught and don't need M$ ANYMORE for ANYTHING!
