Yes I will watch Mel Gibson movies. Not because I like him personally or believe what he believes, but because I tend to like his movies. Just watched his newest Edge of Darkness and thought it was pretty decent.

Duh? Of course people will watch another of his movies regardless of what they answer in this poll. People today have no time for principles. They're sheep and will justify their way into any action.

Maybe we're just intelligent enough to differentiate liking someone as an actor from agreeing to someone's principles?

People still watch Disney Movies, call some of them classics , yet Walt didn't have the best rep.

Mel has been in some of my favs of all time. Braveheart, Lethal Weapon, Mad Max, Road Warrior, Patriot, Maverick, and Gallipoli. He's an actor. I don't take what Lindsay Lohan says seriously so why should I take what Mel Gibson says seriously? Everyone needs to lighten up.

Also don't forget that Richard Wagner and Mel had the same attitudes towards Jews but people still play his tune at weddings.
