The case goes to the jury on Thursday or Friday. Do you think Rafferty will walk? I think there is a 50/50 chance he will walk based on the gender makeup of the jury.

i have the imbecile on ignore..you linked his question for me to see.....im just reminded again why i put this simpleton on ignore..This post will go down in TERB history as the definitive example of your stupidity.
50/50 based on gender make up of the jury?
You think that any one of those men or women is going to be swayed by their chromosomes after listening to TEN weeks of evidence?
You gotta be being paid to ask these stupid questions to create traffic / posts on TERB, nobody real can come up with the premises for discussion that you do!
I will bet you a BLOWJOB that Rafferty is convicted.
He did not have to deliver the fatal blows nor did it have to be his idea nor raped the little girl nor does one have to even believe McClintic to find him guilty of First Degree Murder.
All he has to have done is driven that little girl from where she was abducted to where she was murdered.
And there is ample evidence that he did just that. Ample.
As ample as your stupidity, perhaps not as irritating though!
Sometimes, when you read a statement like this, my faith in humanity crumbles a little more still. The case goes to the jury on Thursday or Friday. Do you think Rafferty will walk? I think there is a 50/50 chance he will walk based on the gender makeup of the jury.
The majority of the jurors are female and generally they are reluctant to convict. In fact, there was a case in B.C. where a female juror (Gillian Guess) fell in love with the defendant (Peter Gill on trial for 1st degree murder).Just out of curiosity Rockslinger, what gender do you think would be more likely to let him walk?
Since you're so convinced you are right, how about a wager? The majority of the jurors are female and generally they are reluctant to convict. In fact, there was a case in B.C. where a female juror (Gillian Guess) fell in love with the defendant (Peter Gill on trial for 1st degree murder).
I think there is a 50/50, but not 100%, chance he could walk. Also, see the Michelle Liard case where she was acquited in the kidnapping and murder of a 13 year old girl. Even in the Robert Picton case, I think he was convicted of 2nd and not 1st degree murder.
No way it is a 50/50 chance. Don't know how you got that idea. Personally, I hope he gets the book thrown at him and spends his time in the general population. I am sure he will be "looked after" properly. The case goes to the jury on Thursday or Friday. Do you think Rafferty will walk?
