I feel you can't have the " it only affects gays" posture. History taught us that mindset isn't appropriate.

Guys, in the beginning, when litle was know about this new virus, and how contagious it was, who was at risk, and the mode of transmission was unclear, monkeypox was something to be taken seriously.

Now, I feel that we can all relax and go back to normal. There are no new cases in Toronto, and very few in Canada. It seems that maybe those most at risk have taken vaccines and precautions, and those not at risk simply do not contract the disease readily.

Having said that, it's still it good to exercise good discretion.
