A successful SP has to be a different kind of individual - one who sincerely "cares" about the happiness of others, and actually "likes" pleasing or helping others.
Waitresses, Nurses, RMTs, "select" SPs/MPs etc - (any caregivers) are all cut from that cloth.
These are the people you want to spend your time (and money) with - as they will be naturally "wired" to give you a good experience.
If you are not that kind of person, then simply put, you will not find success in the business.
