Bit crazy and scary request! Any SP would think twice before doing such a thing, the man can get hurt even.

I used to play soccer and saw guys 'accidentally' kicked in the balls a lot, not one of them enjoyed it! When the pain goes right through your stomach, you want to throw up and your balls feel like they're in your throat and not next to your ass it's hard to comprehend any pleasure even from a gentle tap.
I am tellin you... not only ball busting but trampling and face slappin as well...it's very big in Europe...and believe it or not here!! They love it..a runway of about 7 to 10 feet..and a great big hoof to the balls !!
....and they are lying on a gurney under general anesthetic when it happens or they have been subject to extraordinary rendition and are undergoing a particularly cruel torture.
