As the job is not sexual, it seems to attract more women who enjoy displaying whike making excellant $. As it business model it seems viable so, where are the topless restauraunts?

I think nude waitresses are fairly popular in some EE countries like Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Slovakia, etc.

When I lived in Montreal, the SC dancers were also servers and they were topless.

I just wonder if the business model isn't great. You probably charge more, but you also limit your clientele to just dudes....and just dudes who are not concerned with being seen going into a place like that. So, the target market is pretty small.

Next, you'd need to staff it. Yes, there are no laws saying they cannot be topless. Even those guidelines about dress codes have wiggle room. Like, you couldn't tell a Hooter's waitress to go topless, but if she joined knowing the requirement was to be topless, I think that's alright. But, I think a stripper probably makes more cash than a topless waitress who needs to hustle to get tips...And would probably be groped fairly frequently...
