Why is my User CP not working?

Why does User CP not display the threads I recently posted in?

There's a link to display all. It will only show ones with recent posts, unless you click that link.

What link? When I click on "User CP" it always says "There are no subscribed threads to display in this folder for this time period." Even after I just posted this message, nothing... always nothing

There should be a link at the right of the screen that says "View All Subscribed Threads". It's in a gray bar that runs across the screen. If you still don't get anything, then your option to auto-subscribe to threads you post in has been turned off, and you need to change that in your user options.

i figured must be some user setting thing. but for good heavens how do i change this setting. anyone know? i cant find it!

I'ts under Edit Options, in the Messaging and Notification section, called:

Default Thread Subscription Mode
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Default Thread Subscription Mode:

You need to choose something here other than: Do not subscribe

But I thought there was another option elsewhere as well, and I can't find it now. If I do, I'll let you know. You can also message Sheik or Fred Zed, they should be able to help.
