Some people make it seem like such a big deal when it isnt or they slut shame the girl
Agreed 100% - either no bra or a thin bralette - ex GF dressed like that daily and I was super happy and not jealous: frankly the sexier she felt the better for both ;-)
It looks like the late 70's style is back again. Which happened again in late 90's. Then in the 90's it was big woman wearing small shorts plus the skinny woman. Now it is everyone except old grandma's. Don' be surprised if you see an old lady walking with short shorts next week.

She dresses for the attention, her choice, my eyes, we are free to look and to some extent free to say whatever as this limited talent lady shakes her money maker.
That doesn’t answer his question. Look, you have a right to dress however you want, just like he has a right to ask these questions.
Wear revealing clothing...just don’t complain about getting reactions from it. Simple as that.

Are you going to say that to thousands of women who have been raped or sexually assaulted? That they totally "asked for it" because of their revealing clothing? That they shouldn't be surprised that they got attention which led to sexual violence?
If you pull up the sources where you got those statistics of men raping women because they wore sexually revealing clothing then we can continue this discussion.
