Why is it everytime I do laundry a sock goes missing ?

Because it probably landed in my washing machine while MY missing sock landed in yours

Isn't it astonishing!? The very people who lose their shit when members here point out the annoying nature of their posts, and go crying to the mods behind the scenes and having a ton of opposing posts deleted because they are outraged or feeling attacked, are often the very same ones who are first in line to attack and savagely point out the annoying nature of the posts of others. But strangely, they never see their own troll behaviour in any of it. Such chicken shit stuff.
Our summer solution is to turn all pants and shorts inside out when tossing into the washer.
Easier to hang on the line- dry faster with pocket lining on the outside when clothespins are part of the drying solution.
And fewer spots for socks to get hung up like they usually do in edges of pockets etc.
Since socks usually have some polyester in them, they tend to static attract to other poly heavy garments when over dried in an auto tumbling clothes dryer.
