I would suggest that when booking your SP make sure to state your request for the stockings, heels and lingerie. I believe that most do have the total outfit available,

I know that many SP's can accomidate this request in bring this type of wardrobe but what frustrates me at times is that they don't know how to use it! For example, I had an experience where the SP brought the outfit and wore it but she just kinda sloppily put it on and then later casually took it off after only a few minutes despite my hints that I liked it on her. I didn;t protest too much when she took it off because she was obviously more comfortable taking it off. To them the outfit is an afterthought... like "ok, I wore it... now what?" If I make such an outfit request.. then please understand that I want it to remain on for a good length of time... even during the main act itself! Also if they own lingerie, I wish they'd learn how to put it on properly! I know I'm not alone in this opinion.

I have seen some great SP's in the past who understood the importance of my outfit requests. They left everything on (outfit, heels, etc) and let me decide if something was going off. Also they knew how to tease with the lingerie. Seems like it is becoming a lost art these days.
