I’ve noticed most sp use fake photos and look nothing like their photos.I mean what’s the point on doing this, don’t they know once someone meets them in person they will notice ?

While there are definitely some fakes and scammers out there, there are actually plenty of reasons why girls “don’t look like their photos”
Some girls have entire folders of photos from a multitude of photo shoots or content creation and will recycle their content for online posts (if we make money off of selling them privately, why would we post ALL the good stuff online for free?)
Some girls also have safety reasons for using fake photos. I personally know of girls who have had restraining orders against people, or have been trying to avoid stalkers/abusers, etc. so they use fake photos that have a “likeness” to them to help them keep their anonymity.
Some girls will also do this out of fear of being outed or discovered by friends, colleagues, family members, etc.
First & foremost, if the lady in question is on a spa/club/agency website, then you can certainly guarantee the girl exists, businesses won’t put girls on their websites that have never actually stepped foot on the premises.
If it’s an ad online, just do your research, talk to the girl, look for reviews about her, see if you can find her WORK profile elsewhere (I emphasize the word work because it is in no way acceptable for you to find/message a girl on her personal profiles)
