Well, right off the bat the statement that "most" women have trouble orgasming is untrue. SOME women do, especially under the age of 20 or so, yes, but not by any means "most", and less so older women. The idea that middle aged women would be uncomfortable with a beefcake rubbing them can instantly be discounted with a mere mention of male strip clubs. Middle aged women are notoriously uninhibited sexually compared to other age groups; and we don't place our worth on our looks thus not having any sort of feeling of not being worthy of a hot studmuffin, plus we get hit on by younger men likely more than men our own ages. The idea that there isn't a need/desire for male for female sex workers/MPA is a fallacy. There are a ton of women, youth to mature, with disposable income who either do happily seek it out or would, if it were more socially acceptable or readily available. There are a bunch of cultures and communities where giggalos are a thing, it is often not discussed or put in the media but they exist, and have for ages and ages.

Woman are generally a lot smarter than that so that business model would be a non starter and not profitable.
