Why are so many big-city condos sitting empty?

Yeah, no parking and now no locker.
What about the density plans for Toronto? Are they going to have condos on top of every library and subway station?
Millions of laneway houses?

They think putting retail shops on the bottom of them is a good thing when it's not working. As for density plans. They have zero plans for public transportation to accommodate the people that need to move around. They tell us to ditch the car and the only alternative they give us is bike lanes.
