Who's Got the Worst Customer Service?

I think customer service in general is pretty shit not only in Canada but in the States as well. As you can see from the posts - we have so many different companies.

there is no accountability - many of the reps - couldn't care less about your problem - and you get bumped around from one idiot to another.

Bell Canada depending on whcih representative you get.

Everytime I need to call them I get a painfully feeling in my chest you think I can sue them for putting me on the verge of getting a heart attack at 21.

Probably because they arent truly trained, nor do they have any power to do anything. Theyre just pawns put in place for us to vent at so that we can get our frustrations out and hopefully just move on while big wigs dont have to worry about us.......you want something you really gotta make a stink and pres the matter hard till you start climbing that food chain!

Sometimes people who get the worst service are the people who act the worst. People who behave badly and ask for un-reasonable demands don't deserve good service. These jerks just make it more difficult for the other "real" customers. SHUT THE FUCK UP AND GET OUTTA THE WAY!

Has anyone ever stood in a line behind some asshole who is complaining about something lame? These fucks think that by bitching they will eventually get their way. Unfortunately they sometimes do at the expense of those who have to endure their behaviour.

Ya, Ive seen that, but like you said, Ive seen these people get their way. But these are those rude arrogant types. I find a lot of times these people are just braindead and dont understand whats being said to them and their logical inferiorty kicks in and so they kick and scream like kids - theyre just plain stupid!

But sometimes, logical rational people who are given the run around need to step up the fight. You do all the right things, politely, just to be walked on? Not in my world. Sorry.
