The Carol Burnett Show ....with Tim Conway and Harvey Korman etc. The way Tim Conway could ad-lib even with a screw ups and go on and on with it. The pre-editing days.

Robin Williams, Bill Cosby and Eddie Murphy are hiliarious as well.

i laughed my ass off at the Jackass Movie and am mildly embarrassed about it

Sam Kinison, George Carlin, Janeane Garafolo. Southpark. Addams Family, some of the sillier creatures on Buffy/Vampslayer like Spike and Drucilla.

Irony.

SLC Punk, Nowhere, Doom Generation. Max Headroom was a wonderful piece of dark humour that should serve as a warning of what wonders the future could bring.

subcultural jokes. I've met a few subcultural jokes, sometimes I'm one of them. ;-)

this blackout produced a nice kind of anarchy, positive healthy anarchy as people got together, reached for a beer/joint/playmate etc and chilled out and had Street Party BBQs

in 1970, they flipped out and burned cities.

In a way, the blackout was a good thing, partially because its apparent that north americans were stressed beyond reason collectively and needed a break.

nobody ever said growing up was painless or convenient did they?

Welcome to the SnowCrash Century ;-)

Son the Beach episodes

I love to watch the now cancelled show "Son of the Beach" the play on words is hilarious. For example the nearby university is called "State University of California Malibu Adjacent" And the name of the team(s) is Cocks after Roosters.

So S.U.C.M.A. cocks.

The last thread on the subject mentioned that Troops was taking another "break".

Anyone know when he'll be back? I miss that guy*!
