No, not Nicole. The actress in the pic is an American. (I wish I had a better image quality pic but you can still see that there is "stuff" between her legs.)

Probably my favourite full frontal scene of all time because she was a good actress, an understated beauty, and fucking brave to do this scene in the prime of her career. Actually, I believe it backfired and cheapened her status in hollywood.
