Yes, that is generally true but there are two exceptions.
1) Pics/videos taken before they became famous.
2) Private pics/videos that are "leaked/hacked" (e.g. Jennifer Lawrence, Lindsay Vonn, etc.)

Update: Ok, so I finally did a Google search. Her nudity was rather tame, I know there are more explicit full frontals out there around the same time period.
