Well, where do I start.
First, that is not oil, its simply soap. And this is how it works (or so I am told, wink wink).
There are a number of "soapy massage" parlours in Thailand. I am sure that there are many others around the world. Anyways, most of these places are big. They look like hotels. Often 50 room to perhaps over 100 rooms in the same building.
You go in, sit down and have a drink. While you have your drink (you ask to be let alone, so you can choose without influence), your date of the hour.
You choose her, from the fishbowl. The fishbowl is a reverse stage behind glass. Depending on the time of day etc, there can be as manu as 75 or more girls there. Every size, shade, height, implant size (this is asia!), and age. I have NEVER seen anyone that appeared under age. There are some pretty old ones too. A guy comes around and you tell him the number you want. They all have number tags around their necks. He calls out the number over a speaker, and out she comes for a pre-chat. You settle up with the house and off you go. Most rooms are the same. Kind of a tiled bachelor apartment. Nice large clean bed, large bathtub and a plastic pool mattress against the wall. Thai girls are freaky about clean. This place is clean, they make sure you are, and they insist you wash them as well. After a nice bath, she lays down the pool mattress, throws the suds etc from the tub onto it, asks you to lie down, and there you go. Never saw a menu, don't think there is one long enough. Big smiles, about an hour, give or take, no clock watching. Back to the bed if you like. hey do try and suck you in for a tip saying what you paid at the entrance goes to the house, but that is not true. You will get sucked in to buy them a drink or smokes, and yes, give them a tip (my "friend" gave her 500 baht). This whole experience, with tip and drinks is about $80. I'm "told" you can get 2 all in for $100. You have never felt smooth skin until you feel thai skin. Celine at the den is the closest I've found here (she is part burmese which is next door to Thailand.
FYI - $100 canadian = about 3400 baht, so 1700 baht as mentioned in these links is $50.
