Many of us in our 50s and 60s are beset by the underlying prospect of losing our virility when we reach that dreaded time. It’s not having enough financially or not finding the right girl that worries some of us, but not being able to perform anymore or looking decrepit to the eyes of the girls that will make them pity you or even get disgusted. Is this the driving force and mentality that makes us want to maximize the time and remaining vigour we still have now to go out there once or twice a week, since we know our happy days are numbered? Or am I making this presumption to justify this vice?

Enjoy the time when there is HB or harder lead in you pencil.

I myself on the far side of 60 and am heading for the F end of the curve.
Lots of fat soft marks made with gentle pressure, and the end wears down really fast.

Very inspiring to know I'm not alone. You can live up to 100, or you can drop dead next week, hard to tell but make the best of what you have now, enjoy the company of these girls that make you happy while taking care of yourself.

I started running 5 years ago, from barely running 100 meters to being able to run 5K every day with occasional 10K, 20Ks. It significantly improves sex drive, morning wood and endurance. I expect to keep hobbying into my 70s or at least 60s.
Used to golf and exercise a lot. Stopped when I turned 70.

Now, at 80.5, and getting distressed at how sedentary I've become, bought a "smart watch" a couple of weeks ago that counts my steps.

l then started "mall walking" 4 out of every 5 days.

Gradually increasing the steps-per-walk each time, and I find I'm walking faster and further each time, with more energy.

Walking only though, cuz I don't think my knees would be happy jogging...

So far it hasn't improved my morning (or even evening) wood though... 😉

"Use it or lose it!"

Thankfully it happens gradually, and there are medical advances that can keep you virile long past "losing it" used to be the case.
Like what? Cialis and Viagra don't do it. I thought at the end of my miserable life I had an anchor in the storm. I just found in the last year, the salvation of every frustrated man on the planet in Vancouver. The most beautiful and willing women and bargain prices in the most well-run massage parlor in the world. Every one of them is a keeper. Unfortunately, presented with the most willing and compliant women in the world I have found that in spite of their willingness to go any extra mile they can dish out, all I can give them is soft spaghetti. To the point where I am embarrassed to go there.

As I always say about my own condition, you can pull a cooked noodle, but you can't push it... 🙁

Other options post ED meds are:

Trimix dick injections just before sex. Can only get with a doctor's Rx from a compounding pharmacy, as far as I know.

Ultrasound shockwave treatments in specialized clinics

Penile implants that are firm enough to allow penetration, and, hopefully, the vagina completes the arousal.

Penis pump. A closed loop system that sends a saline solution from a reservoir surgically implanted in your groin to cylinder-like chambers surgically implanted in your penis,
To fill the chambers you squeeze the bulb containing the saline solution, which sends the solution to the chambers. To send the solution back to the bulb you press a valve button or whatever on the surface of the implanted bulb, which releases the solution back to the bulb.

My friend in Montreal, as I have posted before, did the injections for a couple of years. They worked reasonably well,
When they stopped working, he went for the penis pump, and told me it's amazing. He says his dick is harder than when he was in his 20's.
Because of his prostate issues the Quebec Health Plan paid the $30,000 cost.

None of them are my cup of tea...

Well the Penis Pump sounds like the apparatus could be a mood killer. Quebec obviously cares.

He says his girlfriend loves it. She's no teenager either.

For me, as I have no opportunity for bareback sex, the mandatory condom would kill any potential pleasure.

Not to mention the cost, and I don't want anybody doing surgery on "Mr. Sleepy"...

I wonder if OHIP would cover it, if a guy has prostate related ED?

I know many use daily cialis, for prostate issues.
There is Saw palmetto, and that works at blocking DHT.
