The best cab is the one that gets me home in one piece, knows the roads generally (eg knows where Av'n'Dav is), doesn't take the scenic route AND doesn't play the hindi music station loudly.
Why don't you just hire a car service? If you know how many hours you need it they can just do an hourly rate. Or try to get hold of one of the drivers that offer their service for sp's and hire them.
