Apple went so far as to screw the iPhone shut with proprietary screws, just to prevent you from swapping the battery yourself.i got a droid. happy with the phone and the features. battery life sucks on a long hard donkey cock though.
I have tried out lots of apps, and in the end there are only a handful I really use. For those I happily paid the $2 for the ad free version.Had all three. Android is pretty good. Yeah lot's of free apps if you don't mind ads slowing them down 200%.

Sort of, BBM is still a killer app, and there is still nothing like it available for iPhone or Android. Like I said above, I think RIM needs to realize where it's true value is--corporate messaging--and stop making its own phones. If they moved now and made BBM and BB Server available for Android or BBM for iPhone they would absolutely own that market.Buying a Blackberry in the age of the IPhone and Android would be akin to buying a VCR in the age of DVD players.
