I'm stuck in the middle of the ram and the lexus. Can't really decide between a truck or a sporty car. As for the truck, I'm not gonna be hauling, off-roading, etc. Just would like the feeling of having one and they look badass. As for the lexus, its sporty, got some luxury. Both vehicles are great in their own way. Just can't decide which one is the better buy. Anyone go with the ram over the lexus or lexus over the ram?

I have a 2017 Lexus compact SUV and its been good so far. Drives almost like its brand new. You generally can't go wrong with Japanese vehicles.

I would go for the Lexus: luxury, reliability and piece of mind, comfort. Not American.

the Lexus NX is also a great choice, I was going to buy one but I couldn’t because of the market crashes.

The NX is the best value and most popular Lexus, more comparable to the truck than the IS. Comes in hybrid and sport versions.

Yeah 2024 looks the same
There are rumors that the Toyota Crown Sport will come to North America next year and there may be a Lexus version that may replace the current NX.

The pic below is the Ferrari Purosangue at $750,000 CDN. I would rather have the Toyota at $55,000 ( or the Lexus version for a little more ) and have 90% of the cash in the bank.

God, talk about apples and oranges....those are two distinctly different vehicles meeting completely different needs, ie. a hauler versus a smooth CUV.

Why would you choose a Ram? Trucks will have a purpose for you to buy them...they're not economical for daily use... I have both of 'em...I use my dodge when hauling my boat or my equipment trailer...I use my IS300 for daily commute. I will be switching my car for a Model Y soon.

The ram is a piece of shit.
The v6 is underpowered and has reliability issues.
The 5.7 v8 has lifter & roller problems as well as exhaust manifolds made out of paper mache ($2.5-3k repair)
The diesel is a grenade waiting to explode

Go with Lexus or another pickup brand, such as the Ford f150 with the 5.0 v8
