Ok so I,v done a little daty, bbbj and kissing a few times last year and think it would be a good idea to get tested. But how do I do it very discretely (I,m married)? Where does one get a discrete HIV test in the GTA and what is the process for identification, payment, etc.

How do you get tested for HIV?

You can get a special blood test. Testing can be done three different ways: anonymous, non-nominal and nominal:

Anonymous Testing: When you have an HIV test done by anonymous testing, there is no way the test result can be traced to you. You make an appointment over the phone by giving a first name. You do not have to give your address, phone number or health card number. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks to get your test results. These results are not given over the phone. You have to return to the clinic to get your test results. Here are some anonymous testing clinics in Toronto.

Well, I feel that is a good thing. That way nobody can come back knowingly spreading the disease and then later denying that they knew.

Just tell your family doctor to check the HIV box when you get your physical. If you are paraniod/careul, tell him you suspect your wife of cheating, so that you have deniability if it somehow gets back to her that you were tested, though likely it won't.
