Why not at the Fallsview Casino buffet? The food's pretty good for a buffet and it isn't to expensive.
The Wildfire is also a nice choice. I eat there regularly. There is also a Keg between St. Catherines and the Falls that has a unique atmosphere.

I was recently introduced to a unique eating place in the new casino.
There is a baccarat room at the corner of the main floor. It caters to Asian high rollers. At the back of the room is a small Chinese restuarant, very limited menu but the food is great. If you're Asian, they treat you like gold.

If dining at the local Y is not in the cards, I recommend driving across the river to Lou's "Petes" Market House. Yeah, it was called Pete's back in the day, but he sold it to Lou, who decided to call it Lou's Market house and you can guess what happened.
Dumpy little place in many ways, but the surf and turf is great. I always order the double shrimp cocktail to start. And I finish the dinner with a Buttery Nipple.
