Cook them outside if you can.
and in salt water! to many times I've been to friend's houses and they are all impressed that they have lobster. And then they ruin it! I also prefer mine steamed - big pot, a few inches of salt water, and let them go.

I love the smell for lobster cooking, the smell of the sea and the taste and smell of a fresh clean aroused vaginal. There is a correlation.
I feel bad for you if you feel there is a correlation.... I would throw those ones back

I like sashimi which must be ultra fresh for the same reason. I know when fish can be eaten raw and when it must be cooked.

Wiki Definition:

Scampi is a name for various culinary preparations of certain crustaceans, commonly Nephrops norvegicus (the Norway lobster, sometimes itself called "scampi" or "langoustine"), or a similar lobster such as Metanephrops, as well as shrimp or prawns. Scampi preparation styles vary regionally. While the United Kingdom legally defines scampi specifically as Nephrops norvegicus[citation needed], other similar lobsters are considered scampi worldwide. Monkfish tail is sometimes illegally used and sold as scampi in the United Kingdom[citation needed], contravening the Fish Labelling (Amendment) England Regulation 2005 and Schedule 1 of the Food Labelling Regulations 1996.

I think that scampi is a name for a dish with shrimps or crustaceans. I have had scampi in Canada, US and in Europe and the dish varies not only country to county but restaurant to restaurant. I have had scampi that was made with simple common shrimp.

Back in the mid 80s in Montreal there were illegal vendors that tooled around in pick-up trucks with Matane shrimps in the ice boxes filled with dry ice. It was illegal to sell shrimp out of the back of a pick-up truck. These shrimps came from Matane, Quebec near where the St. Lawrence river ends and the Atlantic Ocean begins. These Matane shrimp were also available at the fish stores, it is not a good idea to buy seafood from poachers selling illegal foods prepared in unknown conditions. These shrimp were in total 3 inches long but once you pull the heads off there is only a 1.5 inch tail left. It would take 50-75 to make one meal.

I have seen live shrimp at T&T but without the claws like in your picture. Those scampi look almost like mini lobsters, how much meat is on the claws and do they taste like a shrimp, a lobster or in between? Maybe if you take picture to Diane's Seafood or Taro fish they might know.

I remember years ago in New Brunswick near Shediac they sold cooked lobsters on the side of the road....

Aldershot is a military garisson in England - basically considered home of the British Army. (been there)

There's also CFB Aldershot in Nova Scotia (haven't been there).

Good to know the background of your chosen name....

It's also a GO Train Station. At the risk of outing him I think ceiling cat was stationed there.
