I agree, Dave was a character.
I don't think he should have been banned. He never started any insult wars as far as i ever read.

Why would you banned Subdave...he was a good sport about everything, he always took criticism and never flame back. The little dude was always true to himself all be it naive at times, at least he was honest with himself. Generally he never cause any serious crap on the boards - I also thought he tone down the expression of his fetishes in his postings after he came back. I mean there are other posters who have hatred and ill intent that remain on this board. I don't think subdave ever meant any ill intent towards any one.

I would agree with wrong hole on this. I joked around about Dave and his sucking cock, and no one warned me, and he took it in stride. He was a good guy, although odd, but aren't we all?

Hey, I got into it with Dave more than almost anyone. He pissed me off continuously, and I tore him a new one on several occasions. I think he needed to chill, but I don't think he needed to be banned. Not cool. I always took him as the little perv we could tell to shut up and kick around (hell, that's what he's into) but I never thought he'd really get banned.

Dave's honesty and mettle are unrivaled. Not being able to see him around is an unrepairable loss to this board. The void left by him nobody can fill in!
Dave was a little strange and his fetishes certainly wandered off into different territory. But on the whole I thought he was mostly harmless. After his vacation I thought his tone was markedly different.
