I imagine the mods did give warnings but he was bringing up his dispute iin other threads. And if there is one thing about mitch... nothing ever changes his mind.
Conversing with the Mods as though it’s a debate in the Politics Section will never produce a good result…I wonder if he spammed the Mods with Twitter posts?
Stop being so insensitive. This is a moment when we need to put our differences aside and grieve as a community.
I won't rehash it too much since the mods deleted everything, but here's the gist. Mitch won one of the prizes but there was some questionable behavior around his win (e.g. sock accounts pretending to be him). TP was trying to sort through the mess, but Mitch demanded that he get his prize immediately. TP and others told him to calm down and he did the opposite. He started acting very unhinged (more than usual lol), his rants went on for several pages, he spammed multiple TP review threads to complain as well, and he said he didn't care if he got banned for "telling the truth". I guess it worked.
I look at that thread about a week and half ago, Mitch also mentioned he spent about 8 hrs a day on Terb.
And probably another 8 on Twitter.
SMH…We’ll…Mitch has no one to blame but himself then. He did not leave the Mods with any choice but to get rid of him.
I believe the thread is close but still accessible if you got to the eacoet reviews it's about a deposit with an agency with some fiy..not mitch...he was chiming in but was very aggressive and pissed...
It was an accumulation...TP is another but another agency also and an indy sp.
Godd summary. And I agree that it was enough to get him banned.
Probably taking a well earned vacation after helping to secure a win for The Leader.

The 180 degree turn he made in the last few weeks is something I've never seen.
I never paid that much attention to him, since he was mostly just a twitter spam bot.

We should institute the Mitchell69 Memorial Trophy and award it once a month to the most annoying poster on TERB. 
I see significance to the fact that the most recent posts by both Mitchell76 and shack were on April 4. It's very possible that they received coincidental match penalties. The Toronto Passions contest probably has no bearing on Mitch's departure, so shame on anyone who assumed Philip/ @Toronto Passions had used 'blue privilege' to make Mitch 'sleep with the fishes '.
It's always easy to confirm if shack is currently on a temporary ban. He has enough posts and reaction points received that he normally appears in the top 20 for both in the Members category. A handle on a temporary ban is removed from both lists until they're reinstated.
The fact that posts by both Mitchell76 and shack can be located using Search means that neither has been permanently banned. shack's posts also still include his 'custom title' - that would be replaced with 'Banned' if the timeout was permanent.
It looks like no one else noticed shack's absence enough to take note.
