Better to pay up front, will put her more at ease. If you're allowed and can manage 2 loads, most will high tail it to the bathroom after the 2nd load and come out dressed and ready to go. If you're a one shotter, don't expect her to play with a limp noodle too long. If you tell her she needs to stay and cuddle, don't expect the time to be too enjoyable.

Now that I think about it, what if it's in your condo or hotel? Does the time start when she gets out of the car, or when she gets to your door or when you open the door?

Let's say you booked from 10pm to 11pm. The driver will try to get there by 10pm. How much time does it take to walk into the building, pass the lobby/concierge, into elevator (or, god forbid, stairs - oof!) and down the hallway to your room/unit? Is that on your time? Let's say worse-case 10mins to get to room, another 5-10mins freshening up, 10mins shower at the end; you only have 30-35mins to do the deed in a one-hour session.
