New to hobbying, and saw some references to Xmas and St. Patrick's Day TERB parties... are there any other days in the year for them? Do they happen every year? They sound like great fun.

Usually St Paddy's and Xmas parties. Sometimes get advertisers or others doing something. Been two each year I've been here. Only been to one party so far myself.misdirected said:

Are the parties attended by people from all walks of life, like what you'd find at any ordinary gathering, or does it wind up being a meeting ground for some attractive women with a large pool of male social misfits?

Thanks misdirected for starting this thread. Last night I was thinking about the terb parties and kind of wondering what they were like myself? Is there a good turn out? What is the ratio to guys to girls? Where is it usually at a strip club? Is the music loud or can I hear people to conversate? Whats the music like? Is there dancing?You know like a club atmosphere.
The first ever TERB party was a Xmas party at The Brass Rail some 6 or more years ago suggested by Babyface and organized by myself. About 40 to 60 people showed up. It was such a success and so much fun we had a series of parties after that like every 2 or 3 months. Some like the Xmas parties there after 200+ attended. The turnout and ratio of male/female differed at every party. I remember one party at Goddess about 60 people the women outnumbered the guys... and couple months later went to same location and about 10 or 12 guys were there and only two ladies.
After some time the novelty wore off... not to mention others started (or attempted to) their own version of 'adult industry' parties. And it's now down to two or three a year.
A couple times when I was still in the adult biz I organized a B-Day party and invited all TERB members and my clients and others. The last one was on my 50th (three yrs ago) at CP (strip club on Bloor) ... about 40 people were there.
Maybe I'll get a little bit ambitious and do another one this year... in the first week of Aug. I'll be 54 'n need to get 'out' more.
