Im stating that the Armed forces have different standards to meet. And deny people entrance, as well as discharge those who can't function. Its that simple. The USA armed forces are pretty ruthless to their soldiers. Suddenly this is the big thing?

But aren't troops evaluated for performance all the time? (They are btw). If soldier marine airman or sailor was underperforming I can see an argument for checking thyroids as much as testosterone. So I'll meet ya halfway there.
But just spending the time and resources to do that? No. They're not fighting Spartans at Thermopylae.
