Don't like peameal bacon or poutine. Maple syrup is sickeningly sweet as are Nanaimo bars.
Canada Dry and Montreal smoked meat is good.

1. Quebec style Beef Bourguignon with good red wine is amazing.
2. Montreal-style bagels (with lox)

How is that Canadian food?
Believe it or not Chicken Balls were invented by Chinese immigrants in western Canada over 50 years ago. You won't find it anywhere in China... even quite rare in Chinatowns in the US
Ask a waitress in China if they serve Chicken balls the response is always "Chickens don't have balls" LOL

Wow, it's a day of learning here on terb! That's pretty hilarious, I knew they were westernized chinese but I didn't realize they were invented in Canada!

Here's an interesting page I found:

Campfire favorite, toasted tea biscuit/english muffin/bagel, small stack of back bacon on top, favourite fruit of the day on top of that, and all smothered in maple syrup. Has been called the lazy man's crepe.

Fresh fiddleheads in spring.

Really I prefer genuine Canadian Cheezies™ but I vote for organic fiddleheads publicly. Any videos of me with orange lips are non-existant and faked.

Have you tried Toronto Style Smoked Meat?

Guy Fieri recently featured Caplansky's on Diners Drive Inn and Dives, I had lunch there and it was absolutely delicious.

But be warned it has a more robust flavour than Schwartz in Montreal. It's a matter of taste, I'll use cured ham as a comparison, Schwartz is prosciutto and Caplansky's is serrano.

Nothing wrong with the real French Boef Bourguignon.
And Kraft Dinner isn't strictly Canadian. I believe it's American.
