I don’t do the polish but goddamn I do love a good pedicure. I didn’t even discover pedicures until I was 45.I paint my nails (finger and toes) with clear nail polish. I think they look nice.
When the polish starts to peel, I remove it with nail polish remover and keep them natural for a couple of weeks.
I like to soak my feet in epsom salt (lot's of different types), grate/sand my heels and apply a nice scented lotion on them.
Every so often I get a manicure and pedicure and she will put clear polish on them for me.
I do have some colored nail polish (black and dark blue) but have not used them yet.
