Prices have gotten more premium, which is fine...but general service/women's bodies have gone in the other direction with the rare exceptions, call them the fringe minority lol

I don't mind paying premium rates but expect something great in return.

Sorry Hun but others were maybe u just weren't their type no offense to u the strip clubs were full with them
Again, I know others who hosted downtown who were dealing with the same issue, but nice try.

This argument is the equivalent of convoy folks saying "businesses were booming downtown!" nope, almost the majority were suffering besides a few handful of businesses that openly supported them.

So because a strip club was packed, you believe all of us were busy with business during the convoy? 🤔
Do you think you'd have a good time relaxing if all you heard was train and cruise ship horns blasting outside the door? Some of us downtown couldn't even imagine working for the first while.

I'll repeat: the convoy made an already shakey situation worse for many of us, especially those who work or live downtown.

Rates are also going up because business is so slow - if you're seeing less clients overall, you need to make up that extra loss and raising rates can help with that - having lower rates these days unfortunately doesn't bring in much extra business because it's still dead overall.

Very much this!

The normal busy hours for Ottawa used to always be Monday-Friday from morning to evening because of all the government workers, weekends were usually not as busy since weekends were days off to spend with family.
Now daytime is dead for work and weekends are busier("busier" is relative here though since it's still very dead all around) - the market has changed a lot with COVID and people working from home now.
This is the truth right now. We have very few good SP on LL now....and many of those that are legit still think its best DT. Its not, I'm a government worker WFH, that is not likely to change soon. I can get out and go shopping etc, but while I have no issues heading to the St. Laurent Mall area or even out to the airport area, but going DT is generally a no go, I don't work there and don't have free parking at work any more. A lot of SP have not realized this and still go DT were there is little to no parking for clients, and the model of government workers taking long lunches is dead. You have to come out of the downtown were clients can drive to you from home and get free parking....

I have no issues paying more, that's the cost of doing business, but if you are going to charge me 200 for a HH instead of 160 etc, don't tell me GFE or DFK etc is extra, I'm not going to pay a higher base rate and pay for extras....not saying this is you Amber just making a general statement of what I've experienced lately...

I guess the 'fully booked' tweets I see everyday on my twitter timeline aren't representative of the overall industry in Ottawa.

All the people that called themselves a freedom convoy are jackasses. They made life miserable for all kinds of people just trying to make a living and just trying to live. As for paying more I actually don't mind. I'd rather see a low volume provider and pay more.

Ottawa is just very diverse and there are multitude of variables that allow one to be fully booked or not.
As stated by one or two posters, they are now less likely able to partake as they used to.

🤣 if you believe everything on twitter you are definitely in trouble
These are reputable providers I am talking about. Since you are cynical what is the purpose of an escort claiming she is fully booked if she is not in fact fully booked?

You are so very right about that! I live in the east end, which is easy to access, great free parking, great hotels. What's not to like? Yet so many sps go to Kanata (I guess they think it's a rich area) or downtown.

I live in east ottawa as well, going DT or all the way out to Kanata is generally not going to happen...

I'm in the east too, but being from TO a 30min drive is regular. 2hr+ is the norm in winter just to get home from work, which is usually a 15min drive - so to drive from the East to the West of Ottawa, shit I do that just to get food from Via Cibo. Give me a good SP to go see and I'll gladly make the drive, then get my Cibo afterward.
