What's the other Licensed Body Rub Parlor in Burlington?

According to the Burlington by-laws (link below) the City of Burlington can only have two licensed body rub parlors. Unlike massage parlors that must close by 9pm, licensed body rub parlors can remain open until 1am.

We all know one of the places holding a license:. I've previously shared my bad experiences at Cara on Morris Drive. I'm curious if anyone knows of another place with a legit body rub license? Or perhaps Burlington just hasn't licensed anywhere else and the 2nd license is available and unused.

I am not a lawyer but for what I understand on schedule 5 section 3 suggest that there may be 2 body rub parlor... 1 is Cara... and the other?

Seems like BJ is ok in these places

Cara got busted before but were advertising legitimate activities... which is against the by-law?

That's exactly the point of my post and I already mentioned it. As I said, Cara holds one of them. I'm looking for the other.

Forum rules state we cannot talk about "extras" at massage parlors. So I won't talk about them. And I recommend you don't, either. The Body Rub by-laws state genitals must remain covered at all times. And all other laws still apply.

Under Freedom of Information you should be able to ask. Just call up City Hall, identify yourself and say under the Freedom of Information Act, I request that you tell me the names and addresses of all body rub parlors in Burlington. If they don't answer the phone, go in person.
