Not sure, on the race track, because the car didn't have a speedometer.
Otherwise, not extremely high, because I didn't have access to anything fast enough to breach 200km/h when I was young and stupid enough to actually do it on public roads.
193km/h in some bulky V8 vehicle, forget the model. Think it was a Buick. Friend's car.
And surprisingly, got 185km/h in a little Hyundai Accent the same year, though I may have cheated and gone downhill on that one. Also not my vehicle.

A long, long time ago, I was able to sneak my 5 speed 2001 Saturn SC2 into the Toronto Indy racetrack. This was a couple of days before the race and I was able to go around the track a couple of times, had the car up to 160 Kph going past the Exhibition building. Got stopped by a cop and was sent home with a warning.
0 to 380km in just over six seconds on the drag strip...going to get relicensed in the next year or two I really miss it
