What would you pay?

I know this topic comes up from time to time but I’m curious about what guys think is a fair price for a typical GFE session with a SP or MA.

With the pandemic in the rear view mirror but a slowing economy and still high cost of living I’m finding myself being more careful with where I spend my hard earned money. I don’t mind a luxurious treat from time to time but I do way more research now and communication with the SP or MA to make sure there are no misunderstandings due to polite subtleties. I find I’m sticking to regulars more and more because I know what I’m in for.

Having said all that I’m personally getting a lot of fulfillment in the $300-350 range for 45mins to hr. I will occasionally go higher but find myself with a lot of buyers remorse afterwards.

It's not so much how much I will pay; but value for money.

I have a few regulars. One I have seen for a decade I will pay $340/hour because I know I will enjoy my time and she has always been good to me. But there is no way I would pay $340 on someone new because I have been burned too many times with bad service. I am very hesitant these days to see a new SP because I have far too often had buyers remorse paying top dollar and getting very bad service.

I have stopped going to ALO and a few other similar places because the prices have just gotten insane. $400 to $500 for an hour session? How could anyone afford that? So, yeah, like you, I am sticking to my regulars rather than risking breaking the bank and being disappointed.

I have gone up to $400, but really scaled back visits and try to treat these as very special events. I would not pay that for a different SP than the one i have seen. That said, I have had nice encounters with several SPs in the $220 to $250 range and alternate with them when the budget is what it is. Years ago I visited Vibe and while it was pleasant I don't see the value in MAs charging the rate that they apparently now do so I have never gone to Alpha, AOL or CMJ. I do sometimes get an RMT-level massage from one of the independents reviewed here and that is very reasonable.

i remember when Jade Harlow / Jade613 was active i would see her regularly for $280 and at the time, it was as high as i would go ( she was worth every penny... ) i think that was in 2019 so i guess in todays dollars that would map out to about $300 - 350...

i definitely feel like the price scale has risen in Ottawa... good for the girls, but harder on the gents... not sure if others agree.

Yeah, the prices posted by Stan is about right. I won’t see complete new girls who post in that range if I’m not sure what I’m getting. Regulars are keeping me happy. I’m less inclined to take risks.

Ive heard more than a few MAs posting about blanking their shifts, even one posted on X today about quitting the industry due to lack of bookings. The market has spoken I suppose but I guess their not listening?

I'll preface this by saying that I haven't been doing this for very long, so maybe I'll eventually change. What I do is pick the girl I want, pick what I want us to do, and just accept that the price is the price. I just want them to make the process easy, and for them to blow my mind.

I have a budget each month and when I know the cost, I know how long I have to 'save up'. I have the ability to work more to make more, so frankly I've just been working more to play more.

I'd rather wait longer and have something great. I want them to offer to bring a friend for x extra, or to offer to wear this for y extra. Make it worth it to me, motivate me to work those extra hours, and I'll do it.

I think most of us can make more money, and I'd rather focus on that that trying to convince a $500 or $1000 girl to take $250 because she's having a slow day.

I personally never negotiate these things. It does ruin the mood as much as an upcharge for every little thing.
I do have my weekly regular and I usually have an additional weekly encounter. So I am spending substantially (based on my finances) on this.

To answer the question, a GFE massage for me should be 200$. A girl in Alpha charges 50$ for DFK and I am repeating with her because her attitude and smile are something else. So I end up with 230 since at Alpha the hour is 180.

However, with few new ladies, the up charges are crazy so I pass and not repeat.

And then you got the superstars charging north of 500 upto 1000 per hour. Those I ignore completely because usually they treat you like you are so lucky to be in their presence.
Maybe I am also scared I would like them too much and won't be able to see them often lol

I see girls at spas for $200 per hour and I also have a regular SP I’ve been seeing for a couple months now 2-3 times per week. It averages about $500 per visit and I will continue to pay that as long as she is always on time and on point every single visit.

Same here. I personally find there's nothing to gain to bargain with someone that will be offering you a service. The last thing i want is someone providing me the service is holding back because they feel inside that they are "cheated" off some money. It would be same if I think I over paid for something and expecting it be the greatest session of my life. I rather goes to those that's in my price range. As for how much I am willing to pay? It a combination of how horny I am and how much I like to have a session with that provider. Prices in this hobby is just like anything else, it will always goes up. However, if desperated, there's always the alternative option available: free porn streaming sites and some hand exercise

Hey guys ,
Just saying that you all write what you would be willing to pay and how much you already pay , but it’s no list of services in your posts so it’s very hard to know if it makes sense.
exemple 220 for ma session 1h makes sense ..
400/h for an ma session makes less sense.

I am following those threads talking about rates because a lot of my clients are telling me I don’t charge enough for what I offer.
I posted something about the fact that I didn’t wish to change my rates , but I don’t want to be the one charging less & everyone charges more. That would be detrimental to the industry to do so & I would look like the cheap date.

I do special of the month every month on top of it, so if I am to low compared to my peers , I will have to adjust.

The goal being to remain fair & to create a scale.

I feel before it was the spas that dictated the rates in Ottawa because we don’t really have agencies.
Kim & I left the Spa & kept the same rates because our clients were used to those rates. So it was the spa rates.
After a couple of years , we adjusted by comparing the rates of our independent peers on Backpages.
I haven’t readjusted my rates since then.
I feel it’s not fair to my peers and it might be detrimental to the industry in Ottawa as well to not follow a scale.

I don’t know … Just a thought.. ..

I am living on a fixed income that has not been indexed to inflation, so my working funds are somewhat limited.
I have come to the conclusion that $300/hr is the top of my budget for a GFE provider - especially if I have to budget for transportation.
Right now, a trip to see Ali in Gatineau would add about $70-$100 to her fees, so it would be difficult for me to visit her. That's just how it is.
There are some excellent providers in the $200-$250 range that are somewhat closer to me for incall.

That def of GFE used to be part of the fee structure at the clubs. The girls who did partake in them were clear and no up charges were offered to allow them. Now many girls require up charges for kissing/day and the prices vary from 50 to 150. And if you don't partake you are most likely getting a cold session.

Keep in mind that there are still ladies who provide a top of line GFE experience without upcharge. Won't name them here but they are the ladies that no one can book . One in particular at Hush can ask for my car as payment as she is the sweetest and prettiest, but she doesn't

That is an excellent point to consider.
The location factor should definitely count as a part of the total fee.

I feel like up charging for extras is too complicated for me. I prefer having two options : ma or sp
It makes it way easier for me to just enjoy our session without having to calculate up charges & trying to figure out what gesture would count as an upcharge. It would stress me more than anything.

I do get that in the spas it’s more complicated to just have two fees since they have to hide what they offer. Perhaps it’s more a spa thing to have up charges ???

I like all of your tips & comments. It really helps me find a scale and understand the client’s point of view as well.

I tried & looked at my peer’s fees on Leolist.
That’s kinda hard to navigate because it’s a lot of them that are not real providers & it’s also a lot of Asian ads (They usually don’t advertise their fees)
So far I got a scale in between 190/h ma (spas) & 200-350/h ma Indy , but the services are all different.

When I was working at a spa , it was a lot of competition and the girls were not talking about their up charges and services. It was a taboo and the ones that were suspected offering more services for $ were bullied. I kind of understand the reason why it’s a set fee & up charges that nobody are aware about before getting in session with the provider.

I remember Victoria secret coming for her shift with a box of magnum condoms and a box of flavoured ones & putting it all inside her purse to bring in session. Everyone was like WTF !!!
This girl didn’t give a shit.

Having a session where you can't wait for it to be over is the worst thing. Usually we want the opposite where the hour feels like 10 minutes.
Anyhow, I would never mansplain sex work to professional sex workers, but I would think repeat visits should be the goal for a sex worker. It makes everything easier from booking to security to payment to intimacy...

I'm good with :
- SP: $300/hr
- MA: $200/hr

If I really want to meet a provider, I can go up to $350/hr, but I rarely go north of $400.
But, if I believe that I really really need to meet one and she is 400 or above, I'll reduce my visits to spas and other providers, for a bit.

I'm not a fan of the upcharges in spas. If I want more, I'll go see an Indy.
