I really doesn't matter to me, but I understand why your boss(es) want a certain dress code. I can't help with your vote because I love variety. Some women look great in a t-shirt and tight pair of jeans.... others look much better in something more elegant. I personally think the easy answer to the problem is just have everyone greet me at the door in the nude!
