What should I do?

Last week I booked an hour with an SP at a reputable agency. Half way into the session she got her period. Talk about a mood killer. She was apologetic but did not offer any refund. I know she told the agency since she had to cancel the rest of her shift. I also sent the agency an email and received no response. I know that they read their emails as that is how I booked. Should I make a stink about it, out them on the board or just move on?

I presume you texted on the day of the booking to get the room number...thus maybe try texting them, even if it is to alert them to check their email (some agencies really bad about email, even though efficient on texting). Then explain what happened. Be polite too. If you do get contact, but no response to your problem, then tell the board.

If they're a reputable agency they will get back to you, and give you a credit towards next session booked with them. Some will attempt to give you a $20 credit towards next session, to me that's just as good as not giving a credit. It's saying here is $20 just to have you not write a review. The credit should always reflect the time. Also when talking to the agency provide full details right away so they are clear of exactly what happened and be polite.
If they don't clear it up to your satisfaction you should absolutely write a review about the agency. That's what this board is for good and bad experiences.

If it happens during a session then you tell the SP and PM the agency asap and ask then and there for a refund because the longer you wait the less chance of getting your money back. In your case, and it being half way into the session you should have asked for the difference between an HR and HH ... you should not be penalized for something that was not your fault but the cause of nature ... and be reimbursed before you leave.

If the SP cancelled her shifts, then she needs to tell the agency about the refund ... you need to speak up.

By now you should of had this issue resolved, therefore you creating this post is the next step, afterwards you need to name names.

As others have said, if you don't get a full credit back, I would be all over this board about it and I would be letting the agency know your going to out them on here. I wouldn't even be satisfied if they try pull some half ass attempt and say "well it only happened half through so we'll give you half the credit". Yeah it happened half way through, but completely ruined the whole experience, not half the experience. If they don't do what's right, this agency in my mind is no better then some of scam artist on leoslist. I understand the SP obviously had no bad intent, but the end of the day, your out your money and did not receive the service you paid for.

And as backup of that, the agency cancelled her bookings for the rest of the night. This clearly indicates that the agency acknowledges that a client would not want to pay for this situation.

Thanks everyone for the various suggestions. I have finally heard from the agency and everything is resolved to our mutual satisfaction.
:encouragement:

Exactly but we both know the girl knew (or ought to know) what time it was
She was greedy and obv took advantage of him

The fact the agency did not make it right at the time shows they also were thinking is it better to refund or take the bad PR

Some ladies actually don’t know when their periods occur and they don’t always have regular schedules. Sometimes it’s early sometimes it’s late, but I think it’s a little unfair for a man to judge a woman by that. Of course some ladies work with their periods.... everyone makes their own choices. Blood is blood... I’m not sure what’s worst, blood or cum?

Honestly I wouldn't out them on the board as shit happens (although this has never happened to me with an SP, but from prior experience with girlfriends I know it happens).

I would text them and tell them you are interested in booking again but would like a credit since you (presumably) only got through half of your last session with them.

Why are you such an ass clown? Does it just come natural or do you have to practice at it?

What difference does it make? Weather she was lying, trying to conceal it, or genuinely didn't know, the fact of the matter is HE didn't know until halfway, and now he's called the agency out on it and they've reached a mutual resolution.

I'm guessing her sponge got dislodged (to conceal the period) during the session. Some SPs don't take time off even during their period.

Have you ever known any women in real life? Periods can come unexpectedly early in any woman, even those whose cycles usually run like clockwork.

If you have sex with women long enough, unexpected things like this can happen. Unfortunate for the guy involved but if you have sex with premenopausal women, this is always a potential risk. It was unfortunate for the OP, but it sounds like the agency stepped up and everyone lives happily ever after.
