Did you read your link, its attempting to address all the reasons I said why housing is a municipal and provincial issue. So its providing resources and money to these layers of govt to accelerate housing projects. bottom line is these govts adopted rules and processes they could not really afford to execute or implement.

So like I originally said:

What I will say is I knew Trudeau was in major trouble when Home Developers where starting losing money.

This was happening in 2022 and he never addressed it. He'd probably be in good standing if he did.

He waited to long to address a serious issue.
