The Event looks interesting, might give it a look. Hawaii five-O looks good, Hellcats is alright my SO watches it and its full of hot chicks in cheerleading outfits

It was pretty decent, except it was hard to believe that Thompson could have rammed a wifebeater's face into a table. He really does not look like a fighter to me, much less as somebody who is strong enough to accomplish that task.
Otherwise it was entertaining and educational.

The Event ... Looks like they are taking a page out of 9/11. I am going to watch the pilot tonight at least.
Law and Order LA ... I am a L&O fan. I like all of the franchise shows, including L&O UK and the real life one which did not last long.
Hawaii Five -O ... As I have been watching the TV trailers I am getting the impression this is going to be a bit goofy. And the McGarrett character is far too young.
Blue Bloods ... This one looks real promising. Kind of a big family all in the business of Law.
Detroit 187 ... I have not heard about this other then from the wife and now here. She told me that she heard it is NYPD Blue like and fans of that show will like this one. We will see.
Trauma ... absolutely sucked in my opinion. I did not like anything about it, could not even get through the pilot episode.
Flashpoint ... I like this show and it is still on as far as I know.

Law & Order/UK has gone to the top of my list for viewing. Show last Thursday left me with a lump in my throat. Saw the initial "Outlaw" programme with Jimmy Smits and it has some promise. The only other one, which to me is shaping up after a first season is "The Good Wife". Just my two cents.
I think Boardwalk Empire is the one to watch this season. i really enjoyed last nights episode.

I missed "Broadway Empire". I had not even heard of it until reading of it in this thread, but I have looked it up since and it seems like a show I would like. Please let me know when it is on and which channel.
I am also finding out about "The Walking Dead" from other TERBies as well. I am now looking forward to that show and see that it starts at the end of October.

I did not see that you had posted that it starts at the end of October.
After seeing the clip it has a "28 Days Later" start. It will be a different TV series, I do not recall a zombie themed TV series before.
